The GC-206BTB comes equipped with a noise gate on the MIC input to eliminate unwanted sounds. Because of this setting, low volume sounds will not be amplified. Try speaking louder into the microphone to disengage the units noise gate. Still no sound? Check all connections to microphone and ensure you are using working audio cables.
